A project that is close to my heart. As I struggled in my youth from  bullies, body image and fear of saying what I really felt. My inspiration to give girls the tools to overcome past conditions and grow into their voice and attitude to be themselves. 

 

Maria Fuller offered me an opportunity to just this by becoming a trained Ambassador! With her amazing App: Empowered Girl Movement. She gives girls the confidence to this.

With a strong background in Mindfulness and Yoga, I've worked with countless of girls on themselves.

 

In our session here: The girls and moms meet me first, we have a talk and collaborate together on their process.

How does it work?

 

1. Book a Session online and Make an appointment. 

 

2. You will get a self-discovery workbook. 

 

3. Schedule a date, prepare for the session. 

 

4. Session date 2 hours. 

 

5. Post editing and depends on the Package you choose, you will receive the photos of your choice. 

 

6. Receive access to raise An Empowered Girl App

 

Photos are based on your experience and allowing yourself to express yourself freely.
